Yes—our regular furnace tune-ups start at just $89 and are an excellent way to keep your new heating equipment in tip-top condition. For best results, have us tune up your furnace once each fall before the heating season begins and once in the spring after it ends.

Yes—our regular AC tune-ups start at just $89 and are an excellent way to keep your new cooling equipment performing at peak levels. For best results, call us for an AC tune-up once each spring at the start of the cooling season and once in the fall when it ends.

All of our members get:
- One Air Conditioner System check each spring
- One Heating System Check each fall
- “Preferred customer” rates on all HVAC parts and service
- “Priority service” over non-plan holders for normal and emergency repairs
- Regular System Checks scheduled during normal working hours
- No after hours fees

Our membership plans automatically renew at the start of each new year (12 months after the month when you register), assuming your membership is still in good standing. Canceling your membership will prevent it from being renewed for the upcoming year.

Lee’s Summit Heating & Cooling guarantees the monthly rates for our membership plans during the term of your enrollment. We may adjust our membership prices at the end of each year, but you will receive notice in advance if this is going to happen, so you can plan accordingly.

Yes—we make our plans transferable so you can use them to increase the value of your home before selling, give a plan to someone else as a present, or take your service with you when you move.
